9:00am -   Unveiling of Looking For Lincoln Sign

9:00am -   Food, Craft, and Flea Market Vendors Open

9:00am -   Parade Participants need to be at the High School Registering and Lining Up

10:00am - Parade Begins at Athens High School and Ends at the Community Park

10:00am - Carnival Rides Open

11:00am - Flag Raising Ceremony

11:30am - Children's Games Begin

11:30am - Pies and Cakes in Place for Judging

11:30am to Noon - Bagpipes Performance by Jeff Wiker

11:30am - Taylorville Native American Dance Group (Legion Park)

12:30pm to 1:30pm - Pie and Cake Judging

1:00pm -   Final Registration for Almost Anything Goes.

1:30pm to 2:00pm - Cake Walk

2:00pm -   Almost Anything Goes Begins

2:00pm to 3:00pm - Athens K-9 Demonstration

3:00pm to 3:30pm - All Starz Tumbling Performance

3:30pm -   Free Bingo Begins - Pavillion

4:00pm -   Athens Community Football Games Begin

For Dinner - Visit out Cook Shed for Rib Eyes, Butterfly Pork Chops, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Candy and Soda, Gatorade/Bottled Water or Visit the Food Vendors.

8:00pm to Midnight - Live Music by "Killin Time" (Country, Rock & Blues)

GET THOSE RECIPES OUT AND ENTER YOUR FAVORITE IN THE PIE AND CAKE BAKE-OFF AT THE FESTIVAL!

PIES AND CAKES ARE TO BE IN PLACE BY 11:30AM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH. JUDGING WILL TAKE PLACE AT 12:30PM.
